I have the From address set to "[your-name] <[your-email]>" (without quotes) but regardless of what the client enters in the form, it always sends from the main site address - the one set in WordPress.
Is it possible to have the email come "from" the address the person puts in the form? So then we can just Reply to the email back to the user?
