mtnman on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Autoresponder Setup - confused"

I am trying to figure out how to set this up so when people fill out the form it will post to my autoresponder. However I cannot find any tutorial or information on how to specifically do this.

Where do I put this information? I have my own autoresponder.

I can get the form to show up in my post but it does not feed the responder.
