mewrd on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] adding telephone number field doesnt work, help?"

hi i have just installed contact form 7 and all the other fields work just fine (adding radio buttons,checkbox ,and others)but strangly when i add the phone field to the form it shows only the input box without a title why is that?
