emregan on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Error on upgrade: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpcf7_add_shortcode()"

I just upgraded to the latest version, and now my front and back ends are totally whitescreened with the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpcf7_add_shortcode() .... in functions.php

I'm on wordpress 3.7.1
