phobic on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] How to localize "Upload File" Text"

Hi there

I've made 2 forms for my site, one in English and one in French. I've set the language to French and all text including error/success messages works - except the "file upload" text is still in English.

Does anyone have any idea how/where this text can be set elsewhere?
