This plugin used to be one of my favorites and now it simply no longer works. Every time I deactivate it and try it again, it's back with more bugs than an old dog. Now when people e-mail me using the form they complain that the form does not send and they get error messages. When I tried it myself I get error messages no matter what I do. The problems don't seem resolved and I'm at my wit's end.
