I don't know if this can help someone else, but here we go...
I simply changed the field order in my case the form was this:
Name*
Mail*
Telephone
CV Upload
Message*
Privacy law recap
Checkbox for law agreement
This was not working, so a moved the CV Upload under the message et voilà! Thanks to all anyway.
