We have a contact form (which is the default one) that seems to work fine using any browser.
A new form we just built as a quotation form for bulk transcription fails when someone completes it the first time (seems to be using IE 8/ IE 9, but could be others) but then seems to work after that a second attempt.
However, if there are errors then in some cases if you complete the errors correctly it will still default to an error 404/ no page. This is very challenging as we have looked at a few possible reasons.
