lampi on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Tag Generator and Shortcode missing"

Hey there!

I have a little issue with Contact Form 7 since I updated my WordPress-Websites (3.5): The Tag Generator and the Shortcodes do not appear anymore when I create or edit a Form: Screenshot

Two years ago, some other people had the same problem but no one answered and the topic was closed: Link

Any idea what to do?
