Yes, I have brought it to attention of my mail provider and there doesn't seem to be anything blocking it. We looked at spam assassin and the mail server log, and there is no indication that something tried to come in. Plus there are no spam filters set either. It is a brand new email account. My client really needs the emails generated from your form to go to their company email accounts.
I've been troubleshooting this all day. I even created a CC: so that it would go to another email account, when testing. It did go to the 2nd email account, but not info@komlossylaw.com. I also removed certain language in the body of the email (e.g., This email was sent from Komlossy Law P.A. http://www.komlossylaw.com) thinking that is what is making server reject it, but still nothing.
I hate to switch to another Contact Form because I really like yours, but before I do, is there anything else I can test or check? Thanks in advance for your help.
