This is my issue, too, but I'll add that I have autorespond set up (i.e., Mail(2)) and that works. In other words, when I fill out the form with a sender's info and click on "send," the sender immediately receives an autoresponse indicating that the form info was received, but I never receive the actual form info at my email.
I noticed in another inquiry that someone else with the problem mentioned email through Google Apps. I've tried sending to separate Google Apps email addresses on different serves as well as a straight Gmail account. None of the three received the form info email.
