Decision Games on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] How to: Check Boxes on Multiple lines?"

So most of my questions are yes and no questions and this doesn't matter, but I have at least 1 question that I would like to put the answers on separate lines (rows) because the answers are relatively long. Is there anyway to do this? Thanks.
