webifish on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] user can't insert text"

Hi there,

I am having a strange issue - if you look here - http://seamstress.net.au/ and click on "get email updates" on the right, you'll see a simple wpcf7 form made like that

<div>[email* email watermark "Email Address (required)"]</div>
<div>[text your-name watermark "Your Name"]</div>
<div>[submit "Subscribe"]</div>

The thing is - only the name field works! in the email field the user can not seem to be able to insert any email address! am I doing something wrong ? I can't seem to locate where's the problem,

Any idea ?
