Looks like you may be doing something very unusual with your .htaccess file. Why are all your WordPress URL's under http://www.kimgavin.com/#index.php/ ? That is a likely cause of your problems.

Contact Form 7 uses wp_mail() to send mail. Can you check the PHP error log on the server? I guess you can find some clue in it.
