Hello,
after a complet “reset” of the website – my contact form in not working any longer.
After some one fill the form an press “send” (absenden)- the form tries to “send” but nothing is working at all – circle sign is circling – nothing happens.

Hello, im using the tags for “Selectable Recipient with Pipes”. But for some reason it keeps sending the mail to the first address in the list (has just 2)
Im using:
[select your-recipient "CEO|ceo@example.com"
"Support|support@example.com"]main email in the settings is the info@…
The other 2 choices are emails that goes 2 corporate addresses…(not domain related)
But with my email addresses..What can be wrong??

I don’t know why but my contact form does not show anymore any checkboxes. However, text still works.
Not sure whether this is related to the wordpress version 4.6 I am using or maybe there is a conflict with another plugin. All I know is it worked in the past and now it doesn’t. I tried to replace the checkbox with radio button or acceptance form tag but those also do not show up.
I appreciate your help. Thank you very much.

Hello,
I have a page on my website where I have a listing of the team. (Custom Post : Team)
Each little presentation of a member has a contact button: “CONTACT ME”
A little example here:

I’d like to make the link of this button dynamic like : /contact/name-of-member/
And then, when you arrive on the page with the form, you have:
<h1> Contact our member ‘NAME-Of-MEMBER'</h1>
<form></form>
And the recipient is the default address (info@site.com) but also the email of the NAME-Of-MEMBER.
Do you see what I need?
Can you tell me how to do this?
I suppose I need to pass a query in my url but which one and how tell contact form to get it ?

There is no checkbox to set a ‘first_as_label’ option in select tag generator modal box.
It has to be written manually.
Our developer tried to filter it out in custom php code because he thought there is no inbuilt function to do “placeholder” for select tag.

I am trying to use a dynamic filename as an attachment to mail(2). It will not work. Your documentation says this is OK:
[your-file][your-another-file]
I am creating a CSV file containing the fields in the form and have done that successfully using form fields to create the name. I want to pass this file in the email. When I try using form fields in the attachment field, it simply ignores it. I know my path is correct because a static named file works fine, it just will not use the form fields I specified as the name of the file. I am passing a random number (and yes, it is getting through correctly) as part of the file name: ABC-[randomnumber].csv is what I am trying to use.

I have used the [response] tags within my form to add a response message to the very top and very bottom of my contact form.
However for iphone7 users they are seeing a third response area. I believe it is this div;
.screen-reader-response.
In my child theme css I have this set to display:none and on my devices I am not seeing it. Has anyone else seen this behaviour on apple devices – any ideas how to remove it?

Has anyone hacked the plugin to do this? Since the plugin places defaults inside fields, it shouldn’t be too difficult to have it place the validator error prompts in fields.
I’d like to have them inside fields instead of below fields for a cleaner look and to keep the page intact (i.e., content not being pushed on errors). All the user would need to do is simply delete the error messages then fill in the field appropriately.
This also applies to file attachment buttons — it would be nice if the error messages could be located beside the buttons, where “No file selected” or “No file chosen” appear by default. However, this may be browser-dependent and not WP plugin codable.
If this isn’t an easy hack, it would be a good feature/option to add to the next version.

I am using Additional settings to fulfill a Google Analytics goal, with:
on_sent_ok: "ga('send', 'pageview', '/en/devis-ok');"
The problem is, if for some reason GA is not enabled (either because it is set not to log me as an admin, or as an IP, or simply because somethign is wrong), then the command is not executed, that generates an error, and prevents CF7 to send the confirmation message below the form.
Is there any way to avoid this and make sire the success message is sent anyway?

I’ve added the reCaptcha to my Contact 7 form, however on the Contact page on my site a user can just miss that part of the form without adding the tick in the box.
How do you set it so it’s a required field? I’d ideally like it if the user doesn’t select that the form just states there’s something else which is a required element.

My website is located at aikidesigns.com; if I set the “TO” address to webmaster@aikidesigns.com, I don’t receive the email. However, if I use an email address in a different domain, it works!
Is there something I need to do or override to get it to send to webmaster@aikidesigns.com?

Hello!
Is it somehow possible (with additional coding if necessary), to temporarily disable a single form and while it is disabled, instead of form, a text is displayed?
For example, there’s a button which is “Disable” and then changes form status to disabled.
Then instead of form, a text is displayed, configured in “Messages” section.
I could check out how to implement this into Contact Form 7, but maybe this already has been done before.

I have tried all the changes suggested but when I receive an email it has the senders name but my email address. If I change the domain name in the from, it comes up with an error. If I try to reply to the email it sends to myself.
