Since the last updates I’m getting a looping when try to send the form. Just stops to works.
I downgrade to 4.7, 4.6, 4.5 but doesn’t works!
Do you have any advice?

Input Fields are missing

hi there ive been using contact forms for a while but i encountered an unexpected problem
i was migrating a site over and found that the contact form which was working before now the input form is missing the titles are there but there is no box to fill in the values. i have disabled all plugins and still the issue remains i removed all customised css code and still having the same problem. the same theme and the same website i have with the same plugins elsewhere and the form shows perfectly fine.
im kind of stumped here. any helps

Hi,
I’m using WPCF7 (version 4.8), and I have a Javascript error :
“Uncaught TypeError: this.ajaxForm is not a function” at /plugins/contact-form-7/includes/js/scripts.js
The problem is others elements are not displayed : Opt-ins newsletter provided by the Bloom extension (elegant theme).

plugin elements not showing

Hello there,
I am using WPCF7 version 4.8 and I tried several plugins (CF7 UI slider, Contact Form 7 Star Rating, Contact Form 7 Star Rating with font Awesome), but all have the same error. They are hidden in the form. I also disabled all other plugins, without success.
I can not find a solution. Any help is appreciated.

Contact Form 7 inside Bootstrap modal?

Hi,
I need to place a working contact form inside a Bootstrap 4 modal whose code is contained in my header theme file.
I already have the form code to successfully show this in the modal. But this means the form is not displayed with a short code in post content – rather, directly in the header.
I am hitting several stumbling blocks…
– The big WordPress contact form plugins don’t seem to support custom/Bootstrap mark-up.
– How would I ensure dynamic submission, wherein successful submission does not invoke a web page but, instead, some success message?
– How to overcome the fact the form is in the header, not in page content?
Can Contact Form 7 suffice?
I have hit limitations in Nina Forms and I am thoroughly confused.
What strategy should I use?

Selectable Recipient with Pipes

Hi, i am using the latest version of the plugin and i tried to follow your tutorial here
The first part i got

"support@example.com"]But i cant make the second one,
second, enter a corresponding mail tag [your-recipient] into the To: field in the Mail section
I go to ‘Mail’ tab and i tried entering in the To field
[your-recipient]
[_raw_{field name}] ([_raw_your-recipient]
but i always get “Invalid mailbox syntax is used”, i tried to follow your docs to solve this but no luck.I do see the [your-recipient] in the available mail tags in the Mail page.

My form does not correctly use the Ajax submission.
Instead, the form loads to a new page with validation messages. (Since my form is in a modal, this is a bad idea).
I note the FAQ page at https://contactform7.com/why-isnt-my-ajax-contact-form-working-correctly/ about Ajax not working.
I don’t believe two of the reasons (“Conflicts with other JavaScript”, “HTML structure is not valid”) are correct. But I do notice that my hand-coded custom theme does not include Contact Form assets in the same way that the standard Twenty Sixteen does.

I’m not worried about JQuery, as I am already enqueuing a version of JQuery.
But how do I solve this to get the rest included? Do I need to be enqueing stuff? And what about the missing CDATA stuff?

Error in form in some browser

After I started use last version of plugin it began to send error for Firefox and Microsoft Edge

In Opera and Chrome the same forms work correct, as they worked in 4.6 too.
May you check possible problems?

How do I alter the font of text on submit button?

I’m using cf7 and would like to make the text on the button bigger. I’ve identified how to alter the button size and it’s colour, but the text escapes me.
Here’s what I’m using to control the button’s size.

REST API VS JQUERY

I noticed that there are several threads in the last few weeks about the new REST api method which may result in errors if obviously you have disabled the API by default in WP.
Can you consider adding as an option which way shall a user prefer for their websites? Many of us have disabled the rest api and at the same time want the ajax functionality so they would like to avoid this option https://contactform7.com/loading-javascript-and-stylesheet-only-when-it-is-necessary/
So an option which way to choose would be ideal

No error message

I have a very long form on a site, about 50 fields.
If a user fails to fill in a required field i would expect a message to appear below the “submit” button to say that there are errors on the form but there is nothing.
Below the fields that have not been filled in there is an error message saying “this field is required” but i would expect a message to appear at the bottom of the form to explain that, especially as the form is so long and the field with the error may be a long way up the page.
Is this a setting i have wrong?
All error fields on the messages tab are filled in.
