Hello, we are using this plugin on our website and I am trying to limit to only logged users the form submission. I put the string “subscribers_only: true” inside Additional Settings field but it doesn’t work, I am still able to send the message.
Is there anything else I have to change in order to get it working?

Hi Guys, we are using contact from 7 on our Word Press site. We commonly receive contact requests, but the email address provided is incorrect. This means we are unable to reply to the customer and they probably think we ofter very poor customer support as they will never receive our reply.
How can I add a secondary email address field and validate it against the first email field.

Hi There,
I am having an issue with Contact Form 7 on my website.
It is not allowing users to submit a form.
It throws an error “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” and it is encapsulated in a red box.
Here is some background:
My domain is hosted by one company and the server is hosted by a second.
I originally built a site and stuffed something up and decided to start from scratch.
I followed this video to restore my HostGator server to start afresh.
I reinstalled WordPress, I installed the Uncode theme, all the plugins, including Contact Form 7 and a few others that I wanted to try out. I decided upon Contact Form 7.
I have placed it on my site but after the new install, it no longer submits.
Previous to the new install, when a user submitted a form, it would be emailed to my outlook email. I believe it did this via PHP.
What I have tried:
I tried installing WP-MAIL-SMTP and using that tool to see if the email functionality works.
When I try PHP, it throws the error:
bool(false)
Could not instantiate mail function.
When I try SMTP, it throws the error:
My email is hosted on Office365 and I use the Office365 SMTP Host details along with my credentials. It communicates to Office365 host but my details fail authentication.
I have spoken to my domain provider and they said that it isn’t an issue on their end.
I tried speaking to HostGator on live chat but they seem to think it isn’t their issue either.
Can anyone help?

Hi,
I’m using composer to install WordPress and Contact form 7. After installation Contact form 7 isn’t using the right language. Is there a way to force a certain translation somewhere? I’ve already tried to change the WP locale back and forth, but this doesn’t work.

Looks like there is only an issue with contact form 7 only. Code in integration has no impact. Just deactivating the contact form 7 plugin causes the issue.
Please contact the contact form 7 plugin support for further help on this issue.

We’re looking to enable Akismet within CF7 but not fond of how it prevents spam from being submitted due to possible false positives.
Is there a way we can quarantine messages (say, with Flamingo?) like WP comments are put in a pending state, until a human can review it.
When approved by someone then it performs the usual post-submit routine, such as sends out the expected emails, potentially invokes hooks of other plugins (Mailchimp?), etc.
Or is there a better approach to this?

I was wondering if it is any way to get the Name and Surname for the person who is already logged in, and pass it automatically to the contact form or to the email that is sent after you press send.

The plugin stopped working properly lately, for the last two days – I couldn’t submit – it gives me the circle and it keeps going like this:

sometimes – I received an email with the submission (although in the site it kept going on with the circle).
There has been no updates lately on the site (except maybe Yoast SEO,UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore) if it helps
contact form 7 version: I used to use 4.8 version (since other version had an issue with “International Telephone Input for Contact Form 7” plugin).
but I tried to update to 4.9 and it didn’t help neither.

Hi, just today the website got a complaint from a customer that the email form wasn’t working. When I test it, it puts up this error:
“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
It has a red border around it, which means the message is failing to get through, but I’m not sure how to troubleshoot the issue further and resolve it. As far as I know, no new apps have been installed recently, so I’m unsure what’s causing the contact form to fail. Is there someone who can help me out?

I have a quesiton. I need to make the same CF7. On mine, i really need the box “current rating” and “desired rating”. So my question is how i can make that ?
Because, for exemple if i put 2000 to 2050 the price is automaticaly calculate 4$. But the price for 3000 to 3050 is not same, he is 7$ but it’s write on a same box. So, how is possible to create different price on a same box ?
Look for you see: I need 0 to 1500 0.04 by 1 point – 1500 to 2000 0.06 by 1 point – 2000 to 2500 0.08 by 1 point – 2500 to 3000 0.12 by 1 point – 3000 to 3500 0.2 by 1 point – 3500 to 3750 0.32 by 1 point – 3750 to 4000 0.36 by 1 point.
If i put 2000 to 3500 i need to CF to calcul that with the different bearing
So, how is possible the CF calcul automaticaly that with ? And he put that in total order with the good price on link paypal ?

I’m testing a new form on my website that should notify administrators of new submissions and then auto-respond to the user who submitted the form with a PDF file attached to the response. I’ve added a Mail (2) mail template and attempted to add the file as an attachment however I am getting a configuration error detected message “Attachment file does not exist”. I’ve tried using both an absolute URL and relative URL to the file location however I have had no luck getting the email to send. I am using a Divi theme and Postman SMTP plugin configured to send mail via the SendGrid API. I am also using the Contact Form CFDB7 plugin.

im using one same contact form for many pages to get demo request , i want to send the details to different email ids from that form. based on the specific page.
ex: if page1 this form details to go to :page1@mail.com,
page2 this form details to go to :page2@mail.com…
but by using only one contact form without creating more forms for all pages…

Can anyone help me align the Checkboxes with the Acceptance box. By default the Checkboxes are indented and the Acceptance box isn’t. I either want them both indented or not. Don’t mind which they just need to be aligned.

Noticed an weird error, when using fields with requirment (*) the form wont send and outputs the error ‘one or more fields a have an error…'(I dont use the english translation, but its the same error message when you try to send an empty form)
When I remove the * the form will send and all is good.
Im using cf7 4.9.

When I save the Form, nothing are striped, and appers exactly what I typed.
But while i go to showing the form, the tags <p> or <> are striped.
It display only code without tags p and a:

Already tried disable all plugins but it not work.
It seems there are something that strip certain tags just before rendering the form.
Any idea?

My plugins and WP are all up to date. I do not have mailchimp istalled (suggestions from other forums) so can you help? Note that the form is working but why the error messages, if that’s what they are.
