fswa on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] No New Forms Saving, Updates Delete Form"

Contact Form 7 was working fine.
I attempted to update a form and it went entirely blank.
Lost the form.
Tried to make a new one. No dice.
This may be an old issue, but I can't find the remedy for it.
Please assist?
