Contact Form 7 was working fine. I attempted to update a form and it went entirely blank. Lost the form. Tried to make a new one. No dice. This may be an old issue, but I can't find the remedy for it....

In the most cases it is caused by theme. Try switching to the default theme. If this doesn't help, try deactivating all other plugins.
