djamoeba on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] I'm getting emails that don't have any info in them.."

Hey, I know I'm doing something wrong in this setup for my contact form, but I don't know how to fix it. I get emails that look like this:

And my code written for Contact Form 7 on my wordpress site looks like this:
