joseph1mont on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] disable contact form after 3 submit"

I have a form to upload one song file each submit.
how to disable the form and show a message instead, after the logged user upload 3 files, till the admin change the waiting field on these three rows of songs (from "IN REVIEW" to "ACCEPTED" or "REJECTED")

I had already hidden field has default value (IN REVIEW) I use also contact form7 to database plugin
