moromer on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] 2nd form in one page wp+cf7 doesn't work"

Hi, can't solve my problem. I've read all the faq and forum here, but didn't find answear.
I've a maipage. In widget I have a word, as alink "Send a messge", clicking it, opens a fancybox with form #1 and it sends message, works ok.
In the same widget I've a phone number, as a link "Please call me back", clicking it, opens a fancybox with a form #2 and it doen't work.
Red box and a message "Error sending message. Pplease contac the admin"
What's the promlem in?
