Recaptcha v3 widget not appearing

Hi,

I have two websites: http://www.adriancho.com/contact and http://creativityatscale.com/contact both setup with the latest (5.1.1) reCAPTCHA v3 keys and the recaptcha widget simply doesn’t appear in the forms. I have tried adding the [recaptcha] tag in the forms (which should be ignored anyway) and that doesn’t help. I can’t figure out what I’m missing.

Any help would be appreciated.
