I am not receiving emails from registration forms that are being submitted on our Web site Prisoners For Christ. This began about Sept 3rd right when we were expecting many registration submissions. I have changed the target email address to my personal gmail account as a test, and I am receiving registrations there. But any target email address to the organization's email (example@pfcom.org) is not being delivered.
The first priority is to find out if WordPress has a cache or something similar where we can retrieve the registrations that have been submitted since Sept 3rd. Typically, we get about 75-100 online registrations. We currently have two from Sept 3rd.
The second priority is to fix the problem of pfcom.org emails not receiving the registration submissions. Again, a temporary fix is in place by pointing the submissions to my personal gmail account.
Our volunteer training is this weekend, so a speedy response would be most appreciated. Thanks.
