Form sending but doesn’t show a message

When sending the form, it is being sent and I get mail2 as well, but the spinning arrows never cease and the green bordered message doesn’t show up. I tried to add/remove recaptcha but it doesn’t have any effect.
In addition, an error on the console log shows (See image).

Where can I download 4.7?

I’m having serious issues with the latest version of Contact Form 7, various other people have noted an issue. Various links are broken, apparently, it’s a REST API issue.
I need to download the previous version, but the developer’s page doesn’t seem to contain an archive of previous releases.
Anyone know where I can download this?

In an Hebrew site, the contact form isn’t translated

Hi, in a minimal, non customized Hebrew site, I created a form, located a shortcode and the form appears fine with my extra phone field, but the problem is that it’s not translated.
In other WP 4.8 sites it does indeed translated.
I installed CF7 from WPCLI, I than removed and tried to reinstall from GUI (said to myself, maybe there is a subtle behavior diff but there isn’t, I still have the same problem).
When I go to /wp-content/languages/plugins I do see contact-form-7-he_IL.po and contact-form-7-he_IL.mo so I don’t know why it isn’t translated.

Adding my own phone number to Contact Form 7

Hi, I want to add my own phone number to my contact form, as an alternative way of contacting me. Does anyone know how to do this? I can only see fields for info the other person should enter when emailing me via the website. Also, what are your feelings about whether to include an email address? Online advice says no, but most people seem to have an email on their contact page. Thanks!

Shortcode not Displaying Correctly

This is after a clone of an existing site to a new domain.
All plugins appeared to be working apart from Contact Form 7, which appears to be working, but is unable to read the shortcode, and displays it as just text within the page.
In case it was WYSIWYG being odd, I also tried placing the shortcode into the plaintext version of post editor.
Have tried uninstall followed by reinstall of the plugin, this didn’t solve it.
My next step will be to temporarily disable all plugins bar contact form 7 and see if another plugin is the cause by enabling each one-by-one.

Invalid mailbox syntax is used

I’m getting the error “Invalid mailbox syntax is used” when trying to add a hidden email field as the primary email recipient under the Mail tab using the mail-tags.
the input field is populated on the front end with the email address and they are valid addresses.

not been able to get this working with either regular hidden custom fields or Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension custom fields.
if read the page https://contactform7.com/configuration-errors/invalid-mailbox-syntax/ and it looks to me the email address is ok.
lastly, if i use the mail tag in the body of the email it prints correctly.
any ideas people, i’m out of them!

Phone number does not display on Iphone

Contact forms will not submit

Our forms have been working for a while but now they suddenly are not. Can anyone give any hints as to what could be happening? Upon submission, nothing seems to happen and email submissions are not received. No success message is provided (it seems to just be stuck).

Valid mail-tag causing configuration error

I recently added a dropdown selector to my contact form. This selector pipes an e-mail address to my mail-tag, depending on the response. This works as intended but the mail-tag now triggers a configuration error in the mail settings tab. This looks like a bug.

Contact form 7 doesn’t work on Safari and Opera Mini

Hello, I just got the news, that my forms with contact form 7 doesn’t work on Safari and Opera (the phone version). It doesn’t send the massage, instead says that ‘Error, repeat the massage!’ (I’m sorry, I don’t know the original massage, I translated back…) On IE, Chrome and Firefox it’s perfect. I managed to figure out, that it’s ok if I do not use Google Recatptcha. Do you have any idea how to fix it? Maybe, somebodí knows a solution 🙂

Contactform on website is good but I don’t receive all the info

using php within the contact form

I want to use php to create the list of items within a checkbox type. To see what I’m talking about, you can go to designergirlmedia.com/faith/contact.html (this is my static site that I am converting to WordPress). I want the checkboxes to list everything on the ministries page which I made using Custom Post Types UI. I created a php function to create the list but I am unsure how to apply it to the contact form.
I want the list created in php to go here: [checkbox info id:info “List Item 1” “List Item 2” “List Item 3” “List Item 4”].
Is there a way to incorporate php into this? Or even a better way to create this?
If all else fails, I can simply type it all out, but that’s defeating my purpose for using WordPress.

Where would I go in and change the code to get this to work with Godaddy email and Gmail?
I have code that works but need to use Contact Form 7 for the CRM plug-in I’m using, or believe me, I wouldn’t have wasted this entire day doing research and trying everything I could find to get the email send to work.

Messages not being sent, getting “spam” error

All of a sudden, my forms are not working anymore. They all get an error, and when inspecting the AJAX response, they are always marked with status “spam”. Here is the full response for one of my forms:

message: "Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.",
status: "spam"
I used the wpcf7_spam filter to return always false (in effect disabling the spam checking), and it worked for a day. Now it’s not working again! What can I do? I have no idea what to do next, except remove the Contact form 7 plugin.

Telephone number mask

Hi,
I’m trying to find some code or a plugin so that I can split the output of the form’s telephone number into the following format: xx-xxxx-xxxx. Therefore the users of the form can put in a number such as 0999999999, however on the backend I would see: 09-9999-9999. Now, I don’t mind putting an input mask of the cell, my main focus is getting the correct output.
So far I have tried many ways but none are working with the latest WP (4.8) and the latest CF7 (4.8)

How can i get input number value to print out on email

I have been trying to sort this for a while now and it’s doing my head in, so i have a lot of input type numbers which all have a value for them and they also have a span each which is just next to the input box’s with the value.
