Contact Form 7 Not working after Update

Hi There

I have updated to WordPress 5.0.3 and the latest version 4.1 of the 907 Theme and all the associated plug-ins that are bundled with this theme are also now updated. So everything is now up to date.

However Contact Form 7 5.1.1 has stopped working.

I just get a spinning arrow when anyone tries to send a mail via the website using Contact Form?

I know I could go through and turn off individual plug-ins to find the culprit that is causing the problem. However I don’t have loads of plug-ins in use, and the ones that are, I guess are needed by the 907 theme…so if I turn one off and Contact Form now works, I will still have to turn that plug in back on again?

The site is hosted by LCN.

Any ideas welcomed to help a relative novice.

Send Email Yes- No

I have a drop down where you can select yes or No. I want to send an email only when they select Yes.
( i.e. when they say no: no email is sent)
The reason is that the form has a variety of information, and some sections need an email sent to the supervisor to advise them of the “unusual circumstance”

The Drop-down title might be Inform Supervisor?

ajax submit works fine when user is logged in.. but the problem arises when not logged in.. the ajax submit fails if not logged in..

Label fields not displaying

I want to insert a contact form in a wordpress contact page. I have already used it in another site and it works correctly.
But in this site it does not, it does not display the explaanatory text in labels.
I inserted the form in the page as specified in the contact panel of the wordpress control panel

[contact-form-7 id="2343" title="GGContact"]

The contact form is the following

<label for="Nom"> Votre nom (obligatoire)</label>
   
 [text* text-145 id:Nom akismet:author]

<label> Votre adresse de messagerie (obligatoire)

I have tried to recreate a new form, to have separate or mixed labels, nothing works, the labels do not want to display.
I do not know anymore what to try.
My system is Windows 10 my browser Firefox, but I have tried Internet Explorer, same problem. Anyway, with same system and same browser, the form displays the labels on another wordpres site
I can’t understand why it works on the later site and not on the former ?

Contact Form y Stopped Working

HI All,

I have had Contact Form 7 working om my website for 12 months now. My Theme is https://ewptheme.com/seopress-free-wordpress-theme/ and there were no problems until just before Christmas so its been like this for 5 weeks now. I cant get it to work i am just getting the code [contact-form-7 id=”4451″ title=”Contact form 1″] showing where the Contact Form should be.

Any help would be much appreciated as im having so much trouble now i cant figure out what to do.

Span tag placed side by side (help!)

Hi,
I have three html elements created by contact form 7’s form tag and I would to place them side by side with css rules, but if I set width properties at 33% the elements remain on top of each other, why?
They should be placed side by side, but it isn’t so.

Messages sent via Contact Form going to ‘Feedback’ but not to my email account

Hi,

I have the contact form 7 plugin installed and activated on my blog. When I sent a test message using the form, I got a message on the screen saying “Message Sent”. When I checked my inbox it was not there.

However, there is something called Feedback on my WP dashboard and the message was listed there. I do not understand why it is going to Feedback instead of my email inbox.

I have checked the Contact Form settings and I have the correct email filled in the Mail section. The plugins that I have currently installed on the WP backend are –
1. Akismet Anti-Spam

3. Contact Form 7
4. Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
5. Jetpack by WordPress.com

Box is orange.

Is it problem with spam?
I deactived aksimet plugin. What I can do to fix this problem?

How to disable Integration warning?

How can I disable the warning about “API keys for reCAPTCHA”? It results in a red “(1)” in the Integration menu on the admin panel, indicating that there is something to do. However, I cannot do anything. I really need to get rid of it.

Radio button which you’re not required to fill out?

Hi,

I think this has happened since an update, but I have a radio button with the following code:

[radio misc-home "Yes" "No" "No Preference/Client’s Decision"]

I don’t want it to be a required field (so no * at the beginning) but if I don’t make a selection I get the following submission error:

Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.

Also underneath the radio box it just says:

Please fill in the required field.

Any idea how to make it not a required field please?

domain email is not receiving email

My contact form for years worked just fine. When we received an application, we were able to reply to it and it would pull the email account they put in under [your email]. For some reason, now it’s just responding back to our email and not the person who submitted the information.

WordPress 5.0.3, PHP 7
I get the “There was an error trying to send your message” in the Orange box, I’ve disabled Akismet, I have gone through the discussion settings to make sure Comment Blacklist is empty, I’ve removed almost all comment restrictions – no success.
Does this plugin even work?

1 configuration error detected. I have a reCaptcha form in it also, not showing up

Just started using this form and it is working well, especially with the DB plugin. I want to create a form that a person fills out the first time they visit the page. This will include things like their Name and Email and Phone number. I’m trying to figure out how I can create a cookie on their phone/computer and then pull that information back in the next time they visit the page and fill out the form again. I want to pre-fill in some of the fields. This is an attendance type form where the dates and times and classes will be different for every form but their names and numbers will be the same. The only time they have to fill out their name and numbers is the first time they check in. I see Date and time in the field types but how can I capture the current date and time and auto populate those fields?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

I’ve always loved this form.
Finally did all the updates today and ensured I updated fields to required
Set it all up and sadly nothing comes through when the email arrives except the FROM, SUBJECT & MESSAGE BODY (no phone number, preferred method of contact dropdown info) that are both required fields

Fortunately I also took the advice and installed Flamingo so the third time I tested it I can now see an email in the Flamingo inbound messages from the dashboard but nothing that reflects that in my inbox

Hello,

I am having several problems with my contact form.
First, the form did not send, my theme is Bridge. So I changed to test with another theme, it works. I came back to Bridge, I tested and it worked.
Perfect ! The message is sent.

Except that I do not receive it by mail. I also looked in my spam, there are no mails.

Can you help me solve this problem?
